It is hard to believe that Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is already eighteen and a freshman in college. She is currently attending Regis University in Colorado. More so, she moved there with her older boyfriend, Dralin Carswell. The two met when she was fifteen but could not start dating until she was officially sixteen. At the time, she was living with her sister, Pumpkin, and her brother-in-law, Josh Efird. The two of them had made the rule she could not date until a certain age. They have been together ever since and he moved with her to Colorado where they live in an apartment off-campus.
Now, fans are starting to think the two may be starting their own little family. According to Meaww, this all began when a Redditor started a thread. There, they talked about how Alana seemingly was discussing babies and hinting about them on her social media. To be fair, she does want to be a neonatal nurse. The OP wrote this:

Breaking The Cycle
Aside from Jessica ‘Chubbs’ Shannon, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson has broken the cycle of underage pregnancy in the family. Mama June, Pumpkin, and Anna were all under the age of eighteen when they had their first children. However, Alana is not pregnant and has already started college with a scholarship. Therefore, she has come really far in this family. She said that she wished her sister, Anna Cardwell, could have seen her graduate college. Hopefully, that will be the motivating factor to keep her on a great path.
