Teen Mom Who Is Jenelle Evans’ Dad?
Jenelle Evans and her mother, Barbara were introduced on 16 & Pregnant. They had a contentious relationship and, eventually, Barbara took custody of Jenelle’s first child, Jace. She was not capable of being a proper mother so it was the best situation. Over time, Jenelle tried to clean up her act, even getting engaged to Nathan Griffith and having another baby, Kaiser. That fell apart and she started seeing David Eason with whom she has a daughter, Ensley. They tied the knot but their relationship has been filled with so many ups and downs. Jenelle finally got custody of Jace back in early 2023 but has since lost it.
She and Barbara are now in a war with Jenelle maintaining that her mother is selling stories and such. So, if she has no relationship with Barbara, what about her father? According to Starcasm, his name was Robert Evans. Jenelle was taking the time to share her old childhood photos with her youngest child, Ensley. That was when she showed off her father. Apparently, Robert and Barbara were married for twelve years but filed for divorce in 1996. Barbara wanted to restrict him from seeing the children due to an apparent drinking problem.

Eventually, in 1998, the divorce came to an end with Barbara getting the home, the debts, and $200/month in alimony. However, at a later time, Jenelle Evans’s brother, Colin, shared that their father had s*exually abused him for several years. He also claimed Robert beat and starved him, as well. Things continually got worse in the house and Robert was never there. So, Barbara got rid of him and ended up with a man named Mike instead. Then, there is Robert’s side of the story.
What Robert Says
Robert Evans shared that he has not spoken to his children. He had this to say to Radar Online several years back: “They don’t call me. They don’t get in touch with me. And I have no idea how to get in touch with them.” It was also revealed that he had no idea that Jenelle Evans was even pregnant with Jace. That is, until her aunt told Robert but there is no word if they have since attempted to reconcile. Or, if he has spoken to the former Teen Mom star’s siblings since the divorce.
