It has been an amazing year for Kelly Clarkson. She did a quick Las Vegas residency that was incredibly well-received. Then, she moved her family and her talk show to New York City where she has had so much fun and the absolute best guests. Along with this, she lost over forty pounds, added bangs, and celebrated her new station on SiriusXM so it has been nothing but up. Finally, she was nominated for a GRAMMY for her album, Chemistry. Now, she is adding more Emmys to her list of awards but something happened shortly after that capped off the night in the best way.
According to The Sun, Kelly wanted to send a public “thank you” after her Emmy win. More so, she wanted it to be done on Instagram. That was when a man named Jake was asked to get the message up Saturday night on social media. He did just that but, unfortunately, he forgot to erase the message to himself. Therefore, what fans initially saw on Kelly’s IG was: “Jake, do you mind getting this up for Kelly tonight?” It then went into her very sweet and thankful message for her whole staff, fans, and guests who have kept the show alive.

Kelly Salutes Jake
Despite Jake’s mistake on Kelly Clarkson’s Instagram, she was seemingly not mad about it. They were able to get his snafu down quite quickly and she gave him a shout-out for keeping people happy. She thanked him for what he did and let him know that everyone loves him. It also shows that people are human and that Kelly can seemingly brush off errors such as this one. Plus, it was such an incredible night for Kelly and her crew that this was so silly in the long run.
