‘Welcome To Plathville’ Olivia Plath Confirms Return To Show
Welcome to Plathville Season 5 has been tumultuous with much of the drama focused on Olivia Plath. In fact, many TLC fans fear that the season might be the last as Ethan and Olivia seem set on a divorce, However, she recently claimed that she will return for another season.
Fans Fear Welcome to Plathville Will Not Be Renewed
Olivia Plath attracted a large fan base who don’t like Kim Plath. Additionally, they admired her courage to break away from a religion with a million rules. So, many people would like to see her stay on. As Season 5 played out, some people worried that there might not be a sixth season. However, there could be more stories about Ethan Plath and his estranged wife. Kim left, Barry, and the show went on, after all.
Ahead of Welcome to Plathville Season 5, Olivia’s sister Sophia claimed that Ethan and her sister would divorce. Of course, that was denied. Nonetheless, the TLC show presented the dissolution of the relationship. Recent scenes revealed that their differences in faith contributed to the demise of the marriage. Furthermore, it didn’t help that the entire family turned on her.

Ethan and Olivia Plath Confirmed Divorce But she Will Return
Confirmation of their split arrived via social media in October this year. Ethan claimed it “just didn’t work out,” and few fans disbelieved that. Meanwhile, she felt that she had made a poor decision when she was just 18. TLC fans who support the outsider in the family urged her to get out of the show and stay out. However, it now looks like she won’t do that.
This week, the Welcome to Plathville star took to her Instagram stories and did a Q&A. One follower asked about a return.
Will you still be on the show? I won’t watch it if you aren’t.
From her answer, it seems that another season might come because of her simple reply of “yes.” The photo that accompanied the reply revealed her with her sister, Lydia Meggs. Sher’s been supportive of her sister and claimed that rumors of Olivia cheating on Ethan are not true. Actually, she suspected that Micah Palth misunderstood the question that Andy Cohen threw out on Watch What Happens Live.
Perhaps Ethan will move on with another woman, and the show will focus on their lives after divorce.
