The piece refers to the woman as “Carolyn” to protect her identity.
She reveals that she was in a relationship with Gerry Turner for two to three years. This directly contradicts claims he made on Golden Bachelor about his dating history.
Carolyn further alleges that Turner disinvited her from his high school reunion after she gained weight. Furthermore, she claims that he kicked her out of his lake house earlier than the date they initially agreed on.

However, Gerry Turner’s romantic past isn’t the only red flag THR found. Turner claimed to have retired at 55, but the outlet found several jobs he held after his alleged retirement.
