Did Blake Moynes Really Make Katie Thurston Call Him ‘Daddy’ In Bed?
Katie Thurston appeared on Bachelor in Paradise this season to host a comedic roast. It was supposed to be funny but many cast members found themselves hurt, upset or embarrassed. Blake Moynes found himself in the latter category. Katie roasted “Baby Jess” while also throwing her ex-fiance into the mix. Did Blake Moynes really make Katie call him daddy in bed?
Blake Moynes appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s podcast Off the Vine to discuss his time on Bachelor in Paradise as well as all the details about his ex showing up on the beach. One thing in particular that Kaitlyn brought up was the roast that happened on the beach. At the roast Katie Thurston said Blake made her call him daddy while being intimate.
Katie said, “It’s no surprise that Jess’ name is ‘Baby Jess,’ [because] Blake used to make me call him daddy.” Jess wasn’t too amused by the joke being thrown her way. Blake covered his face and was embarrassed by what Katie said. But, is it true?
Blake said, “Oh, s–t, am I supposed to respond to that? Listen, I’ll say this much: I’m definitely of a dominating nature in bed. Now, do those words come out? Maybe [after] drinking a little bit, [because] it’s hard to do that sober.”
He went on to say, “I don’t think it’s the word I like. I think it’s the [dominating] theme that comes with it. The word just insinuates that.”
Blake also defended himself saying that there are more people out there like him even if they don’t want to admit it. He said, “Everyone else is sitting here being, like, ‘Oh, that’s crazy.’ It’s like, ‘No, you damn well know you’ve been there — especially after a few drinks.’ So, don’t put this on me like I’m a weirdo. There’s a bunch of you out there.”
He found closure with Katie
Their meeting on the beach was the first time they had spoken since ending their engagement. Blake Moynes and Katie Thurston were able to get some closure from their breakup.
After their talk, they were actually at a point where they could be friends. She even went to support Blake at a wildlife conservation event in San Diego. They took a few photos together that had fans talking.
