Teen Mom Fans Challenge Jenelle On Delusional Custody Status
Jenelle Evans has a tendency to make like everything is perfect in her world. That there is nothing going on with her husband, David Eason, and no warrant out for his arrest. More so, she has made it clear that she has not lost any custody of her three children, Jace, Kaiser, and Ensley. Yet, Jace was placed in the custody of CPS after he ran away for the third time. Then, he was placed in the care of her mother, Barbara until he ran away again. However, it seems that Jenelle maintains she still has custody of him and Teen Mom fans are challenging this.
In a Reddit thread, an exchange between Jenelle Evans and someone else was shown. She was clearly saying that she still has primary custody of Jace. Moreover, she tried to tell the responder to get an education before they made empty assumptions. There was also talk of how Jenelle has been apparently court-ordered to go to a therapist and get drug tested. Again, Jenelle disputed this, and that caused more back and forth. So, what did fellow Redditors have to say?
- I’m sure Duhhh’luJenelle does still have custody of Jace, only because it hasn’t gone to court yet there is an active investigation going on but she definitely doesn’t have Jace in her custody! Big difference

- Yeah well having legal custody doesn’t mean he’s in YOUR custody. He’s in the state’s custody until further notice and hearings.
The general consensus also seemed to be that Jenelle could have custody of him but he could not be living with her, as aforementioned.
David In Court
Jenelle Evans’ husband, David Eason, will soon have his day in court. The former Teen Mom star is facing misdemeanor child abuse charges. Jace alleged that David assaulted him and that was why he ran away for the third time. There were supposedly marks on Jace’s neck hence why CPS intervened and he ended up with his grandmother. Despite all of this, Jenelle has been posting happy videos of her and her family, showing that life goes on regardless.
