Jenelle Evans’ Husband David Eason Faces Heavy-Handed Judge

The luck of the draw isn’t on Jenelle Evans’ husband David Eason’s side as he heads to court for charges of child abuse. As Teen Mom fans who have been following this story know, David heads to court this week to face charges related to allegedly assaulting Jenelle Evans’ 14-year-old son, Jace.

Both Jenelle and David maintain David’s innocence. In fact, they’ve blamed both Jenelle’s mother and Jace’s mental health for the situation they are in. David Eason, however, was also busted crucifying a pediatric neurologist for diagnosing Jace with mental health issues he didn’t actually have. So, Teen Mom fans aren’t quick to buy anything David Eason is selling. In fact, fans believe David will spin whatever narrative best supports his story at the time.

With any court case, what judge the case lands in front of has a huge impact on the outcome. According to an exclusive report from The Ashley, David Eason is set to face a very heavy-handed judge with deep roots in advocating for child abuse victims. Understandably, this means the judge won’t take too kindly to Jenelle Evans’ husband if he’s proven to be guilty.

As The Ashley reminds MTV fans, going to court is not a new thing for David Eason. He, however, may have a very different experience this time around. Turns out, he is going to face Judge Bryan Wilson in court tomorrow.

Judge Wilson is newer to the judicial system as he was just sworn in back in January of this year. Before becoming a judge, Bryan Wilson worked with children who were involved in abusive and neglectful situations. He penned on Facebook last year:

As a District Guardian Ad Litem Attorney Advocate….I represent nearly every child in DSS custody across our three counties. It has truly been an honor being their voice and serving to protect their best interest throughout the most difficult times in their young lives as their families navigate our court proceedings.”

While working as a Guardian Ad Litem Attorney Advocate, he would assist in making sure children in neglectful and abusive situations had proper representation in court. The whole point of a Guardian Ad Litem is to always act and make decisions that are in the best interest of the child.

Going Into Court With Just Jenelle

The Ashley goes on to report that Jenelle Evans will be standing beside her man while he is in court. David Eason, however, does not have a lawyer.

Teen Mom fans aren’t exactly bothered by the situation. Largely, they want the judge to throw the book at David Eason. Fans, however, note the irony of the situation. If he had a lawyer, the lawyer likely could have argued the judge had a bias toward David given his past work.
