Teen Mom Alum’s Latest Troubles
David Eason is arguably one of the most controversial reality stars to come from the Teen Mom franchise. His relationship with Jenelle Evans often plays out on social media. A few years back, rumors circulated online that Eason had killed the family dog.
He later admitted to the allegations, saying he was protecting his children.
The more recent allegations against David Eason are much more sinister. Allegedly, he got into a physical altercation with Evans’ teenage son, Jace.
Jace’s father is Jenelle’s ex, Andrew Lewis. She also has a child with ex-fiance Nathan Griffin and shares a daughter, Ensley, with David Eason.
In March 2023, Jenelle Evans was finally granted custody of Jace after a years-long custody battle with her mother. However, the reunion was rife with incidents of the teenager allegedly running away.
In one such instance, David Eason allegedly put hands on the young boy and is now facing charges. CPS is reportedly involved as well.

David Eason Shares Unexpected Photo With Famous Singer
So, with these incidents – and many more – David Eason isn’t popular among Teen Mom fans or internet users in general. So, they were taken aback when he shared a photo with a beloved country singer.
On November 11, Eason took to his Instagram to share a photo with Jelly Roll to celebrate the singer’s Grammy nominations. “Words can not explain how happy I am for this man,” Eason wrote in the caption alongside the photo. He added that Jelly Roll is “one of the most kind hearted people” he’s ever met.
His Instagram followers agreed about Jelly Roll‘s integrity but were puzzled why he would interact with the Teen Mom star. “I liked jelly roll til I seen this,” one person wrote.
Another said, “I bet he wouldn’t approve of how you treat children and animals.”
“And he respects his wife and family. Take notes bud,” a third comment advised.
A few people pointed out that the photo likely wasn’t recent, as Eason’s hair is much longer now. “This is probably a quick pic years ago. He don’t even know who you are,” one person taunted the reality star.
