But because the reality show hadn’t been officially announced yet, they weren’t able to make their relationship public for months. The couple finally broke their silence in June 2022, confirming that they were, in fact, dating.

Horstmann and Gibelli took a huge step in their relationship at the end of 2022 by moving into Horstmann’s home in Colorado together.
A year later, they announced another milestone: Giannina Gibelli is pregnant with her and Horstmann’s first child.

Blake Horstmann is a familiar face to Bachelor Nation fans. He was the runner-up on Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette. He went on to stir up controversy on Season 6 of Bachelor In Paradise for hooking up with contestants Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Kristina Schulman before filming began.
He’s also embroiled in a life-long feud with Bachelor alum and Special Forces star Nick Viall.
Gibelli is no stranger to reality TV, appearing in Season 1 of Love Is Blind. During her time on the Netflix show, she got engaged to Damian Powers, but they ended their relationship in 2021.
The pregnancy news was unexpected for both Giannina Gibelli and Blake Horstmann, but they are over the moon about it. The baby is due in the Spring of 2024, and the parents-to-be are already prepping.
Horstmann took to his Instagram to share a video of Gibelli relaxing on a pregnancy pillow. The Bachelorette alum joked that he had been “replaced” by the accessory many expectant moms love.

The adorable video came amid a flurry of Instagram Stories that Horstmann posted. One story directly addressed the rumor making the rounds on the internet that he cheated on his pregnant girlfriend.
According to the rumor, Horstmann was recently trolling the celebrity dating app Raya despite being in a relationship with Giannina Gibelli. The rumor came from a former producer from the Bachelor franchise.
Horstmann took direct aim at the producer, calling her “crazy” and seeking clout of her “gossip podcast.”
In a slide shared to his Instagram Story, Blake Horstmann admitted to being on Raya but claims he ‘froze’ the app when he left to film All Star Shore.
He went on to explain that when he upgraded his phone recently, the Raya app unfroze, making it appear that he was on the app again.
He assured his followers that his pregnant girlfriend knew all about the situation, and he said she got “30 DMs within an [hour]” of his Raya profile being active.
Horstmann also shared that Gibelli was with him when the situation happened and helped him delete his profile, which he claims is a difficult task.
Blake Horstmann then called out those spreading the rumors, writing, “So sorry to disappoint. You Reddit crazies can put away your pitch forks.”
