Jason Tartick recently celebrated his 35th birthday with a heartfelt wish for himself. He hoped that this year would be better than the last. Over the summer, Tartick and his fiance Kaitlyn Bristowe confirmed rumors that they were splitting up after four years together.
The television personality kicked his birthday year off with a family vacation across Europe. He recently took to his Instagram to share another reason why 35 might be his best year yet.
While in Las Vegas earlier this week, Jason Tartick got to meet and hang out with one of his childhood idols. “15 yr old, 25 yr old and 35 yr old me are all losing their sh*t at this,” he captioned a photo of him and his idol leaning toward each other from separate golf carts.

When they announced their split in August, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick vowed to remain friends and co-parent their dogs, Pinot and Ramen, together.
The former couple attended Bachelor Nation alum Chris Harrison’s wedding earlier this month. Tartick shared his thoughts on seeing his ex for the first time since their break up. They seemed to be on good terms, despite Bristowe’s controversial dance video that ended with her tossing her engagement ring to the ground.
But things may have taken a messy turn that caused Jason Tartick to shade their relationship. He took to his Instagram to share two cryptic quotes that seem quite clearly about Bristowe.
The first cryptic quote said, “The people you lose during your healing process are only meant to be with the unhealed version of you.”
The second quote was accompanied by the caption “on a lighter note” with cry-laughing emojis. The text of the quote said, “Any relationships from here on out, I need 3 references and a security deposit.”
Bachelor Nation fans took to Reddit to react to the quotes. For once, the general consensus was on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s side. “I listened to his podcast with Tyler and he came off so incredibly thirsty,” one person wrote. They added that Tartick “has to throw shade at KB [Kaitlyn Bristowe] to stay relevant.”
