Tammy Slaton of TLC’s 1000-Lb. Sisters shared an alarming SOS message on her Facebook profile recently. The message suggested she was not doing so well and really struggling as of late. What exactly did the message say?
Unfortunately, it was shared with a “friend’s only privacy”. TV Shows Ace, however, did obtain a screenshot of the SOS message. Scroll down to check it out and see exactly what it said.

The TLC personality reshared a concerning meme that was originally posted in a Facebook group. The meme contained black text on top of a black-and-white photo. The photo featured two feminine hands reaching up toward the sky/ceiling for help.
“God I’m not ok.” The text started.
“I’m not myself. I’m drained. Please calm my mind, heal my heart, and take away my worries.”
Unfortunately, Tammy did not attach any additional information to the post. So, fans were not completely sure what the post was in relation to. 1000-Lb. Sisters fans hoped Tammy had someone to talk to and was getting the help she needed to sort through her emotions.

Is She Missing Her Late Husband?
As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Tammy Slaton recently took to social media to pen a sweet tribute to her late husband Caleb Willingham. Turns out, she recently celebrated what would have been their anniversary. Tammy admitted in her tribute that she really missed her husband Caleb. She, however, found peace of mind in knowing he was no longer in pain.
Some fans doubt the new concerning post has anything to do with Caleb Willingham as Tammy was preparing to divorce him when he passed away.
Returning To Television Soon
For those who aren’t friends with Tammy Slaton on social media, she is returning to television soon. 1000-Lb. Sisters Season 5 is slated to premiere on Tuesday, Dec. 12 at 9 P.M. ET/PT. As fans know, the season is pretty far behind reality as it promises to kick off with Tammy finally exiting rehab after dropping over 300 pounds. Sadly, Tammy is forced to leave her husband Caleb behind as he has not been nearly as successful with his weight loss.
During Season 5, fans will also watch as Amy Slaton struggles to care for her two sons while navigating her marriage with Michael coming to an end.
Understandably, fans hope Tammy Slaton is doing alright given the concerning meme she shared on her profile. Tammy has been on the right track with her weight loss for a while now. So, fans aren’t too concerned about her emotional struggles setting her back too much.
