Savannah Chrisley Gets News That May Bring Parents Home Soon
Savannah Chrisley of Chrisley Knows Best jumped on Instagram a few hours ago with a thrilling update. Just in time for the holidays, she got a phone call with some very big news regarding her parents Todd and Julie Chrisley. As Savannah explained, this big news means her family has moved a step closer to potentially bringing her parents back home.
What exactly was this big news she received via phone call? Keep reading for a recap of what Savannah said in the Instagram Reel she uploaded. Or, scroll down to watch the video clip.
Savannah Chrisley News: Parents Home Soon?
Savannah Chrisley penned in a caption she attached to her Instagram update: “APPEAL UPDATE I WILL NEVER STOP FIGHTING FOR YOU MAMA AND DADDY!”
She kicked off her Instagram Reel by admitting that Thanksgiving was going to look a little different for her family this year. She explained that she was not going to “fake it.” They weren’t doing things in a traditional sense this year. She, however, did get a bit of good news via phone call.
According to Savannah, their oral arguments had been accepted by the court. In March, they would get to go back to court to argue why Todd and Julie should be released from prison and be allowed to come home.
Savannah said she was “freaking out” and so were her siblings. She added that she even took the time to explain what was happening to Chloe.
Part of the reason why this was huge news is because, per Savannah Chrisley, only about 6 percent of oral arguments are accepted by the courts.
We get to go and argue why mom and dad should be home. So, God is good. Thanksgiving win!”

Fans React To The Big News
Chase Chrisley joined fans in reacting to the big news on his sister’s post. He noted “God is good” with prayer hands. Many fans poured into the comments agreeing it was definitely time for Todd and Julie to come home. Here’s what some fans had to say:
- “Let them out h*ll Theresa and Joe did the same thing and they were allowed to go in at separate times so one parent could be with the children.”
- “This is the greatest Thanksgiving news ever!!!! We will all continue to pray for your sweet parents and for you.”
Some fans urged Savannah to pump the brakes on telling Chloe the big news. One fan advised: “Just a couple words of advice. Do not tell younger family members that really do not understand what that is. You can explain it to her all you want but she may be thinking they may come home. It will be a huge disappointment if they do not.”
Concerned fans worried Chloe would take the news as something happening immediately when the court date isn’t even until March of next year.
