Jill Duggar Ripped For Endangering Baby Freddy?
Jill Duggar Dillard, unlike her sister Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth, seldom finds critics when it comes to endangering her children. That doesn’t mean that the former Counting On star is immune to criticism, but TLC fans ripped her this week for placing baby Freddy in danger.
Jill Duggar Gets Slammed On Occasion But Less Than Joy-Anna
Long before the arrival of baby Freddy Dillard, Counting On fans slammed the then-mom of two for letting their pup, Fenna ride in the car without a doggie seat belt. However, other TLC fans felt that people just scratched for something to complain about. Bear in mind, back in 2021, she hadn’t yet written her book, Counting The Cost. Additionally, she and her husband Derick hadn’t been seen on Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets. So, their popularity was much lower.
Jill Duggar found some critics in 2019 when Israel woke up with a tummy bug. Back then, Samuel was just a baby, and she allowed him to sit close to his big brother. Concerned, some TLC fans ripped into her. At the time, they stressed that the baby would pick up the bug and fall ill as well. Then in 2021, the two kids made a small fire and cooked on a hobo stove. Never unsupervised, she took flack for it anyway. Still, she gets trolled less than Joy-Anna.
Jill Duggar Ripped For Sharp Knife Near Baby Freddy
Recently, Derick Dillard’s wife shared a photo and a video on Instagram. They revealed her preparing a meal. Baby Freddy “helped” with the carrots by throwing them into a pot. However, Counting On critics spotted a sharp knife. As far as they were concerned, she endangered her son. In her caption, she talked about how her “mom” let the kids “help in the kitchen.” And, it brings back special memories.
The Sun reported that anxious Counting On fans who saw that knife close to the son of Jill Duggar ripped into her. In the comments section of the post, critics threw out their opinions. One critic said, “Omg that baby so close to that huge knife not cool.” While others agreed that the situation looked dangerous, some people felt they were being over-the-top silly about it:
- she 100% has time to stop his little arm from reaching that knife. She is literally standing right there with him. 🙄
- She isn’t an airhead. She keeps it a safe distance away.
- The knife is on the other side of the cutting board and he’s being supervised. He wasn’t in danger.
