Captain Lee Rosbach Exits ‘Below Deck,’ Replacement Revealed

Sad news for fans of Bravo’s Below Deck as Captain Lee Rosbach’s exit from the series has been confirmed. While it is bittersweet news, details of his replacement for Season 11 of Below Deck have also been made public. Just who is stepping in to try and fill his shoes? Keep reading for the details.

Captain Lee Rosbach Exits Below Deck, Replacement Revealed

Captain Lee Rosbach’s exit from the series was officially confirmed during BravoCon 2023. As fans know, Season 11 of Below Deck is slated to premiere in February 2024. So, fans wonder what Captain Lee’s exit from the show means moving forward. Will a familiar face replace him? Or, will fans be expected to get to know someone new?

Fortunately, fans of Below Deck who struggle with big changes don’t need to panic too much. While Captain Lee Rosbach will NOT be part of the Season 11 cast, a familiar face has been selected as his replacement.

None other than Below Deck Adventure‘s Captain Kerry Titheradge has been selected to replace Captain Lee for Season 11. According to E! News, fans of the Bravo series don’t have to sweat the rest of the cast too much. Both lead deckhand Ben Willoughby and Chief Stew Fraser Olender will also return for Season 11.

There, however, will be a few new faces on the Below Deck Season 11 cast for fans to meet including the following:

• Chef Anthony Iracane
• Bosun Jared Woodin
• Deckhand Marie “Sunny” Marquis
• Deckhand Kyle Stillie
• Stew Cat Baugh
• Stew Xandi Olivier
• Stew Barbie Pascual

His Departure Wasn’t A Complete Shock

As Bravo fans know, things got a bit hectic during Season 10 when Captain Lee Rosbach had to exit mid-charter to receive proper medical care for his health issues. Captain Sandy Yawn from Bravo’s Below Deck Mediterranean served as his temporary replacement. Naturally, some fans speculated Captain Sandy Yawn could be announced as his replacement for Season 11.

After receiving surgery to repair his nerve injury, Captain Lee returned to Below Deck before Season 10 concluded. While the surgery was deemed successful, it was painful for Captain Lee to get around.

In a newly released trailer for Season 11, Captain Kerry Titheradge acknowledges that he has massive shoes to fill. He, however, does not believe it is an issue because he enjoys a challenge.

Captain Kerry Titheradge adds that he expects “perfection” from his crew. Furthermore, if they “f**k around,” they will find out what he’s all about.
