‘Live’ Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos Separate, What Happened?
Live with Kelly and Mark fans recently heard that Mark Consuelos was arrested, but that’s not why Kelly Ripa and her hubby went their separate ways recently. Actually, it happened years ago, before he even appeared in All My Children. So, what’s up with the talk show couple? Read on to find out.
Kelly Ripa Hated The Idea Of Mark Consuelos On Her Live Talk Show
Perhaps the couple split and went their separate ways because she told her Live audience that she hated the idea of her hubby co-hosting. In fact, she said that Mark feared it might even ruin their marriage. However, it seemed that ABC came with all the right ammunition to push it. They told her that they noticed the rankings for the show jumped when he appeared as a guest.

Kelly Ripa need not have feared, as it seems the couple are as strong in their marriage as ever. So, there’s no reason there for any separation. Live with Kelly and Mark fans know that they sometimes joke on the show. Once, she even accused Mark Consuelos of not being there for the kids. However, it’s seldom serious and there seems to be little to get grumpy about. However, the reason they separated recently is because of one of the kids.
Kelly Ripa Separated From Mark And Went To London
Recently, a photo appeared of the talk show host with her friend, singer Jake Shears. In the picture, Live with Kelly and Mark fans couldn’t help but notice that they looked cozy together. Additionally, she wore her face makeup-free. At the time, some of her fans noticed that she’d gone to London with her daughter, Lola.
Later, Monsters and Critics reported that Kelly Ripa went to London and left Mark at home because Lola was “making the giant leap of moving to London.” Her mom decided to go along so she could help her find a place to stay. In February this year, TV Shows Ace reported that Lol had been living in London pursuing a music career. However, she returned stateside to complete her final year at college.
A Girl’s Trip
Kelly Ripa leaving her hubby doesn’t phase the Live with Kelly and Mark co-host. Apparently, he thinks that the two women getting some girl time together is a good idea. Monsters and Critics cited him as saying, “It’s nice that you got to spend time. Like, a girl’s trip with your daughter. That’s so cool.” Although that came on National Daughter’s Day, he probably feels the same way about her latest trip to London.
