Did Jim Bob Duggar Let Michelle Get Plastic Surgery?
A recent rare sighting of Anna Duggar doubled as a sighting of her mother-in-law, Michelle, as well. The photos of Michelle Duggar, however, had fans of the former TLC family scratching their heads. What happened to her face? More specifically, did her husband Jim Bob Duggar allow her to go against their very strict beliefs and get plastic surgery on her face?
Did Jim Bob Duggar Let Michelle Get Plastic Surgery?
The first photo of two photos shared on Reddit featured Michelle Duggar in the center of the frame. She had loved ones arched around her. Michelle looked to be the shortest of the group. But, fans also suspected she was hunched over significantly as she leaned her face in toward the camera.
Michelle Duggar had a huge smile on her face with flushed cheeks as she leaned toward the individual snapping the photo.
In the second photo, Michelle Dugar was in the right corner of the photo. She was sitting in a lawn chair with her hands folded on her lap. Again, she seemed to lean into the camera with a huge smile on her face as the photo snapped. For this photo, Michelle did have her hair pulled back behind her.
Zooming in on her face, fans had a lot of questions. Namely, they wondered if Jim Bob Duggar might’ve allowed her to get plastic surgery.
What Happened To Her Face?
Zooming in on Michelle Duggar’s face, fans questioned why her head and forehead looked so large compared to the rest of her body. Likewise, fans seemingly agreed it felt like Michelle had “dead eyes” in both photos. Furthermore, fans pointed out that her cheekbones appeared to be much higher. Also, her crow’s feet seemed to have disappeared completely. The fan who first made the observation questioned if Michele Duggar had filler on her face. Would Jim Bob even allow it?
Another fan chimed in agreeing that something was definitely off with her face: “It surprised me because I wouldn’t think she’d EVER do that, but the first thing I noticed in the photo was that her face has that too-taut look that I associate more with interventions than natural lucky aging.”
A third fan agreed: “Yup. God honoring filler and Botox methinks.”

There were some fans who offered another explanation. They claimed Michelle Duggar had lost a lot of weight lately. And, her face looked like that of a woman who was not eating properly. So, they wondered if the changes to her face were simply because of weight loss.
