TLC’s Kim Plath Strategically Wedges Between Barry & Isaac?
On Reddit, one Welcome to Plathville fan admits they are absolutely gutted by the situation Kim Plath has created. They explain that she made it to where Barry cannot comfortably come to watch his son have a flying lesson. Furthermore, she created a situation where Isaac feels like he’s losing his mother.
You could tell he just wanted to ask his mom to slow down. He wanted to tell her that he felt like he was losing her as his mother and that he wants to spend more time with her, before she brings another person into it. I think Isaac liked the connection he was building with his mom during a really hard time, and now he is being forced into accepting something he isn’t comfortable with if he wants to keep spending time with her.”
Wanting to be a supportive and good son, fans believe Isaac swallowed his true feelings and told his mother he supported her relationship with Ken. During a confessional, however, he sang a different tune. He admitted he was sad and felt awkward about the entire thing.
Respect For Barry Plath Grows
Amid this uncomfortable situation, Welcome to Plathville fans admit they are seeing Barry Plath in a whole new light. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, there is this intense love growing for Barry among fans.
Barry Plath has made it clear that his primary concern amid his split from Kim is making sure he does right by the children. For example, fans have not heard Barry badmouth Kim one time. Kim Plath, however, doesn’t hesitate to trash-talk Barry. Furthermore, she also isn’t opposed to trash-talking him directly to his children.
One fan penned in a Reddit thread discussing the tension between Kim, Isaac, and Barry: “Hopefully Barry told Isaac this isn’t his fault. Barry seems way more considerate and compassionate and his focus is on his kids. I gained a lot of respect for him!”
