‘RHOBH’ How Mauricio Umansky Helped Teddi Mellencamp
How did RHOBH star Mauricio Umansky help alum Teddi Mellencamp? It is no secret Teddi became close with Mauricio’s estranged wife Kyle Richards during her time on the show. So, it should be no surprise Umansky would be there for Mellencamp when she needed him. How did he assist? Read on for more details.
RHOBH How Mauricio Umansky Helped Teddi Mellencamp
Teddi Mellencamp gravitated toward Lisa Vanderpump during her first season on RHOBH. Then, that friendship collapsed and she became insanely close to Kyle Richards. They did everything together and by default, this included Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky. Despite Mellencamp being let go from the series, she still made guest appearances at Richards’ home and events. Now, it seems that Mauricio, despite his personal issues and busy DWTS schedule, is still there to help his old friend.
According to Page Six, Mauricio assisted Teddi in renting out her Hollywood Hills mansion. It would only make sense that she would recruit Umansky given that he is a real estate mogul, owning The Agency. He even has his own reality series on Netflix, Buying Beverly Hills. The two have not priced the home though, low as it will cost a renter a whopping 35K/month. However, it is not just Mauricio Umansky and Teddi Mellencamp working on the deal. His daughters also work at The Agency and two of them have been listed on the home, as well. Now, this is not the first time Mellencamp and Umansky have attempted to sell the lux home.
Back in 2020, when Teddi and her family relocated to Encino, Mauricio and his stepdaughter, Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie tried to sell the Hollywood Hills mansion. Asking price was 5.995 million but it seems that it just did not take. Therefore, it seemed best for Teddi and her husband, Edwin Arroyave to try to rent out the home, which has six bathrooms and five bedrooms. Additionally, it includes a pool, a patio, heated spa, sports court, and a plush view of LA. It is a renter’s dream for those who can afford it.
Working Hard
It makes sense that Mauricio Umansky would have two of his daughters on the listing. He is currently working tirelessly on Season 32 of DWTS alongside Emma Slater. Therefore, he needs all of the help that he can get. Some may wonder why Teddi Mellencamp chose him as her agent when he is estranged from her best friend. Yet, she does love Kyle’s family and her daughters are a part of it so it all works out for everyone.
