Currently, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak, and Kroy Biermann are in a situation where they need to pay bills. While they are in the midst of a messy divorce, they have finally decided to list their mansion worth millions.

Throughout the year, the RHOA alum and her current husband have gone back and forth with problems in their marriage. Unfortunately, the two are facing financial ruin if they do not make some changes. While there are debts allegedly from Kim Zolciak’s gambling addiction, it has come to the point they can’t make ends meet without selling their family home. Currently, they are in the midst of the second attempt at divorce this year.
Surprisingly, Kim still believes the two can work things out. Admittedly, Kim says they have sex and still live together, so there is no reason for the divorce. But, Kroy confesses he is not changing his mind this time because he wants out of the situation. But now, there is talk that Kim was getting flirty with Chet Hanks during the recent filming of MTV’s The Surreal Life.

Whatever the case may be with Chet Hanks, Kim Zolciak returned to Atlanta with drama. When she got back, a 911 call about Kroy happened just a day later. Within the recording, allegedly Kroy took both of her cell phones and she couldn’t leave the house. Reportedly, she gave information on the call to the dispatcher that she didn’t feel safe there.

At the beginning of October, a real estate listing hit the Internet for their Georgia estate on sites like Zillow and Trulia for 3.2 million dollars. All in all, this seemed reasonable since it was very close to the online estimated value of about 2.9 million dollars. However, at that time, neither Kim Zolciak nor Kroy Biermann had listed the home. Sadly, during that time, they fell victim to a house listing scam.
Reportedly, Kroy petitioned the judge to allow the sale of the mansion to help pay off various accrued debts. Sadly, the mansion is set to be in foreclosure next month. As a final “hail Mary,” Kim and Kroy are attempting to get a buyer before it goes to auction.

Finally, after much debate, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann just put their mansion on the market for 6 million dollars, double the original online estimates. Their home has seven bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a beautiful pool, and a backyard. If Kim and Kroy get what they are asking, they will turn a substantial profit on the property. Originally, they bought it for $880,000 in 2012. Being that it is on a golf course, has a home gym, a movie theater, a wine cellar, a bar, an arcade, and plenty of space to spread out, there should be many appealing selling points.
