Amid a difficult divorce, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak, and Kroy Biermann are facing many hard topics of discussion. Undeniably, it doesn’t help when claims are being made that the divorce justification from Kroy isn’t valid. Not to mention, Kim Zoliciak already made the judge angry at her during a recent court date. But as most know, money is the root of this evil.
Looking To Offload The Mansion Quickly?
With the RHOA star and her husband’s recent money troubles, it has been very apparent that Kroy Biermann is in favor of selling their mansion. He thinks it needs to sell immediately since they are struggling to make ends meet. But Kim Zolciak has more hesitation on the matter. Knowing this, it was a surprise to everyone to see such a fast listing on their McMansion. Even more so, shocking to the owners since they had not agreed to list it yet.
Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann Are Facing Financial Ruin
In all seriousness, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still facing crippling financial issues. Recently Kroy pleaded with the judge to allow him to unload this property so that they can take care of mounting debts. Acknowledging there is equity in the home, he justifies that selling it would alleviate many of their money problems. Additionally, it would give them the freedom to move on and find their separate residences. Unfortunately, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has pushed back about the sale of the home. At times she seemed alright with the thought, but recently she seems to be entertaining the idea of bankruptcy to allow them to stay in the home.

Whoa There!
Unmistakably, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have serious money issues. However, no agreement is in place to list their home for sale. Yet, one would think otherwise since a real estate listing was posted live last week. Shockingly, their Georgia estate appeared on sites like Zillow and Trulia Wednesday for 3.2 million dollars. Which is very close to the online estimated value of about 2.9 million dollars. Why was this so surprising? Sources indicate that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann never listed the home.
Meaning, that a fake page was created by someone to hassle the antagonistic couple. At a minimum, it is startling to think someone is that vindictive. If it wasn’t Kim or Kroy, what was the motive? Since the two quarrel at the drop of a hat, possibly it was just to keep things stirred up in the middle of their tense divorce proceedings.

What Are Kim Zolciak And Kroy Bierman Waiting For?
Not only is there reluctance from Kim Zolciak, but there is a legal matter in the way. While Kroy has requested to sell the judge has not determined whether or not to allow the sale. Moreover, this is evidence the current listing is fake. Most likely, if the house is verifiably available, it won’t take long for it to have a buyer.
