‘Teen Mom’ David Eason Facing Potential Criminal Charges
Former Teen Mom star David Eason is facing potential criminal charges when it comes to his stepson, Jace, 14. There have been allegations against Eason since Jace ran away for the third time at the end of September. Now, it has continued to escalate and Jenelle Evans’ husband could be in seriously hot water. Teen Mom David Eason Facing Potential Criminal Charges
When Jace ran away from home for the third time, it was not taken lightly. Then, he claimed that his stepfather, David Eason assaulted him, hence why he left the home. That was even worse and he was supposedly taken to a hospital where his grandmother, Barbara came to see him. He has been apparently staying with her for the time being though the teen is in the custody of CPS. Almost a week ago, Jace and Barbara had to go to court with Jenelle. However, Jace did not want to give any testimony with his mother in the same room.
Furthermore, she is not to have contact with her son unless he is the one to reach out first. Finally, David came to court with Jenelle. Yet, he is not allowed to have any contact with Jace whatsoever. He was promptly kicked out. Now, things are not looking good for David in any capacity, according to The Sun. It appears that he is now a part of a criminal investigation, per an insider. It is not just David though as it seems Jenelle is involved due to the alleged assault on Jace.
Law enforcement has gotten involved aside from CPS which could mean that David Eason will be arrested in the very near future. As of now, the charges he will face are unknown. Whether Jenelle Evans will be charged is still unknown, as well. Both of Jenelle’s younger children, Ensley and Kaiser, still need to be spoken to properly. It has been extremely hard for CPS to talk to them due to Evans. She was reprimanded for being difficult.
What Else Is Going On?
An insider also claimed: “During the hearing on Wednesday, the officials wanted to hear about any other abuse that might be going on with the other minors in the home.” Apparently, the judge is not taking the assault allegations lightly against Jace or anyone else in the home. They want to know exactly what has transpired and are ensuring Jace says what he needs to. Jenelle Evans and David Eason have repeatedly denied any wrongdoings occurred. Now, it looks like things may take a turn they never expected.
