Writer and director Glen Gordon Caron has maintained close ties with Hollywood star Bruce Willis,68. They go way back to Willis’ first breakthrough in the series Moonlighting, which ran from 1985-1989. According to The Sun, the Fifth Element star no longer speaks as he used to. Although he was an avid reader, he can no longer do that now. Glen says that he is glad to see Willis alive, even though a certain joyous component of his is gone.

Caron still visits his longtime friend every once in a while. He also maintains close contact with Willis’ family, including Demi Moore, Willis’ ex-wife.

Bruce Willis’ Wife Runs Into Some Difficulty

In a recent exclusive interview, Emma Willis, 45, opened up about the challenges she’s been going through as a caregiver. Without a doubt, dementia has been hard on everyone in the family. Emma isn’t sure whether her husband is aware that he has dementia. The couple has two daughters, Mabel, 11, and Everlyn,9. Willis also has three daughters, Rumer, 35, Scout, 32, and Tallulah, 29, from his marriage with the Ghost actress Demi Moore, 60.

Willis’ first daughter Rumer, 35, shared an emotional post on Instagram explaining her dad’s diagnosis. Although it hurts to see their father’s condition deteriorating, they are glad to finally have a clear diagnosis and move forward as a family.

Tallulah, 29, wrote that she feels saddened by the fact the family could have missed a few dementia symptoms that Willis had. She reveals that her dad had been suffering from hearing loss from the set of Die Hard. Tallulah added that her father’s dementia was first noticed when he became unresponsive and may be linked to his earlier hearing loss. Willis’ unresponsiveness progressed to a point where his language and speech had significantly deteriorated.
