Is Kourtney Kardashian Done With Family Reality Show?

During the premiere of The Kardashians Season 4, a phone exchange between Kim and Kourtney Kardashian turned explosive. Even so, as the conversation unfolded, Kourtney declared she was done with the family and didn’t need them anymore. Now, with several more episodes released, fans are piecing together Kourtney might be done with the show.

Sisterly Banter Between Kim And Kourtney Kardashian

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian have a long history of bickering back and forth as well as doing petty things toward each other. But in the first episode of The Kardashians Season 4, the two show the feud is still there. Originally, Kim’s intentions in the call were to extend an invitation to a dinner with Dolce & Gabbana. However, Kourtney Kardashian responded she was “Dolce’d out.”

Done With The Family

But Kourtney pushed back with, “But I’m always supporting you in what you’re doing I just don’t think it’s cool the way that that particular thing happened.” It resurfaced many of the unresolved issues from Season 3. Sadly, this leads to Kourtney professing, “Because I don’t need you guys anymore. I don’t need to be a part of it.” And then she opted out of the family trip to Cabo San Lucas.

But now, fans suspect Kourtney Kardashian may have quit The Kardashians after only seeing her in a few appearances this season. During the third episode, Kourtney seems to have opted out again. Aside from the initial feud with Kim Kardashian, Kourtney has barely appeared at all in the newest season.

While Kourtney appears in a quick confessional in the new episode, she is not throughout the show like usual. So far the new season’s focus is on Kim, Khloe, and Kris Jenner for the most part. Although there have been a few scenes with Kylie and Kendall, they don’t seem to be the main focus yet. Undeniably, Kourtney has very little screen time other than phone calls and quick interviews added to other footage.

Surprisingly, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Scott Disick has more feature scenes than Kourtney. During the third episode, Khloe helped Scott get assistance with his health after his recent car accident. Presently, Kourtney is pregnant, which could be a contributor to the lack of participation in the new season.

Fans Are Noticing Her Absence

Notably, many fans are talking on social media, wondering about Kourtney Kardashian’s absence in the latest episodes. Pointedly, one person commented, “Still no my Kourtney in next week’s episode? Boring.” Another suggested a potential spinoff, “Kourtney could really have her own show called The Barker Bunch with her blended family and stepchildren music aspirations.” Someone else was ready to talk money, “Ok but did they dock Kourtney’s pay for this season? because she ain’t done a damn thing yet.”
