As fans who follow the S.W.A.T. star know, Shemar Moore recently lost his mother, Frankie. Sadly, she passed away before getting the opportunity to meet his beautiful baby girl. In honor of his mother, Shemar named his daughter Frankie Melalina (Marilyn in Hawaiian) Moore.
Tagging country singer, Jeremy Alan Jones, the Young and the Restless star shared a beautiful song with his fans. A song that Jeremy Alan Jones created specifically for Shemar in honor of his mother and his beautiful baby girl.
Jeremy shared in his post: “Shemar lost his beautiful angel of a mother Frankie here recently and she never got to see her granddaughter born. So, in loving memory of her, Sergio Sanchez put together a beautiful masterpiece for Shemar’s daughter, baby Frankie, as a token of honor and memory to her wonderful grandmother and I traveled to Nashville to record this a couple of weeks ago with him.”
He named his precious little girl after his mother, and through her, his mother will live on for eternity. I hope you guys enjoy this precious song as much as we enjoyed creating it.”
Sharing the beautiful song on his own profile, Shemar noted that he would never be able to thank Jeremy enough for the gift he gave him.
