How Do You Know Leida?
Leida Magaretha was on the show with Eric Rosenbrook. She was really hard on him about how dirty his house was and couldn’t really get along with his children either. Leida expected to be the main priority in his life even over his kids. You can check out the video below from their season of 90 Day Fiance.
She said that he promised to take care of her and her son. Leida wanted him to stop paying his child support so that he could take care of her with that money instead. She felt like that should be his priority. Being a deadbeat dad was what she expected from him and she was considering not even marrying him because of it.
Why Was Leida Magaretha Arrested?
It was revealed that Leida was arrested because she was allegedly embezzling from the place where she worked. She had been working at a Portage bottle manufacturer when this all went down. Leida was just a temporary employee and was working there as a bookkeeper. It was revealed that she made fraudulent payments and withdrawals to several different businesses while working there.
It was actually thousands of dollars in payments and withdrawals that she did this with while working there. Margaretha is facing charges of theft from a business setting, fraudulent data alteration, forgery and wire fraud against a financial institution. Additional charges may come as the investigation progresses. Remember that she is innocent into proven guilty in a court of law.

At this time, Leida Magaretha hasn’t spoken out about being arrested for fraud. The viewers of 90 Day Fiance would love to hear her side of the story, but that probably won’t happen.
