‘DWTS’: Jason Mraz Says No Days Off, Pushing Himself To Edge
Dancing With The Stars Season 32 contestant Jason Mraz has absolutely been working hard this season.
Every year, many contestants are surprised by how rigorous and intense the competition actually is. And it sounds like the pop singer is one of them.
Jason Mraz stunned the judges and viewers alike with his precision and skill in the ballroom. Many believe he has a shot at the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy this year. Can he pull it off, or is the pressure starting to get to him?
Jason Mraz feels the burn in rehearsals
Pro dancer Daniella Karagach is already a Mirrorball Trophy winner. But with Jason Mraz as her partner, she’s hoping to win another season. Audience members went wild for both of their routines so far. What could they possibly bring to the table in week three?
The pair has been working incredibly hard in the rehearsal room. And by the sound of things, Jason might be having a rough time.
“This show is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. There are no days off. Physically, I am pushing myself to the edge,” the singer wrote on his TikTok. “And I’m about to go over it.”
In the video, he and Daniella appear to be rehearsing their routine for Motown Night. They will perform a jive to “Do You Love Me” by The Contours for this week’s episode.

Jason Mraz might be about to hit his limit, but fans hope he will hang on a little longer.
“You’re doing amazing! My jaw dropped your first performance,” one fan wrote in the comments.
“Jason, ‘Don’t give up on us’ 🤣 I vote for you every single Tuesday, I love you and my girl Daniella ♥️” another added.
Hopefully, some encouragement from his fans will be enough to help him press onward.
Why did the singer join Dancing With The Stars?
Each DWTS contestant joins the competition for various reasons. As for Jason Mraz, he needed a new opportunity and creative outlet.
“I can’t say it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while, but I have enjoyed writing music for dance because I love watching an audience dance,” the 46-year-old told Us Weekly. “But I feel because of that I’ve needed to really explore dance to see what’s possible in songwriting. So, this year I’ve had a lot of great experiences and I think this is going to be the best experience ever.”
Although the competition can be grueling, it seems like he’s learning quite a bit from the experience.
