Sarah has also been using her IG to inspire others who are going through road bumps in life. She also achieved her goal of finally having a child after suffering from miscarriage twice. In 2020, the former My 600-lb Life star welcomed a baby girl named Gwen through c-section.

According to the My 600-lb Life alum, she came to the realization of the damage it can do to her loved ones. She eventually dropped the unspecified drug addiction and entered rehab. The former reality TV personality is also glad of how fast she was able to comprehend that her life was spiraling out of control.
