What Is Hallmark’s A Zest For Death: A Hannah Swensen Mystery About?
What is Alison Sweeney’s new Hallmark mystery about? This is what it is about according to the official tune-in sent to TV Shows Ace.
A Zest For Death: A Hannah Swensen Mystery premiering Friday, October 6, at 9 p.m., Eastern, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
It’s a family affair for Hannah Swensen (Sweeney), who takes on a fresh mystery when her mother, Delores, discovers the dead body of a regular Cookie Jar customer while house-hunting for Hannah’s sister Michelle (Tess Atkins). While Hannah’s convinced that Mike (Mathison) and the Sheriff (Mike Dopud) are focusing on the wrong suspect, the sleuthing becomes a group effort when her other sister, Andrea (Lisa Durupt), pays a visit. Can they uncover the identity of the killer? Only time will tell.
This synopsis addresses a fantastic new mystery. However, it makes no mention of what is next for Hannah and Mike after she breaks up their engagement.
However, the sneak peek video focuses on just Hannah and Mike.
Hallmark Hannah Swensen Sneak Peek Hints At New Love Triangle
Recently, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries revealed a Hannah Swensen sneak peek video for the upcoming movie A Zest For Death. Looks like they are still hanging out despite their broken engagement. However, something has changed. Could that be a new man in Hannah’s life?
In the video, Mike opens his car door for Hannah to go inside. He mumbles “Huh.” And proceeds to close the door and steps around to the driver’s side.
Hannah asks him what gives with the “Huh.” Mike then tells her that three people told him that a new University Professor has visited The Cookie Jar every day. Then, Mike adds that he heard that they once dated. He seems a bit jealous.
Sheepishly, Hannah tries to explain that his name is Bradford, and they only casually dated. Besides, it was 20 years ago. The actor portraying Bradford Ramsey is Oliver Rice. Sounds like Mike may have some competition. Or, will he finally become the guy that Hannah deserves?
Sounds like there may be a new love triangle. But, what about Norman?
Where About Norman?
Now that Hannah and Mike have broken their engagement, does this mean that Delores will push her daughter into the path of other eligible men? She has been trying to match up her daughter to the local dentist since the beginning of the series.
According to Hallmark, Gabriel Hogan, who portrays Dr. Norman Rhodes, will not be part of this episode.
