‘Live With Kelly And Mark’ – Not Really Live: Fans Upset About Pre-recorded Show
Typically, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos can make their fans happy. The majority of the time, they are cheerful and entertaining. Recently, Mark Consuelos announced his new gig to audiences and they celebrated together. Contrarily, during another recent episode of Live With Kelly And Mark, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos argued about very different recollections of their first kiss. However, their decision to pre-record the Live With Kelly And Mark show has ruffled some feathers. Overall, fans are showing confusion over the choice. Most likely, the presumption is the show will be “Live” since it is part of the show name.
Live With Kelly And Mark Just Recently Became Official
While the couple has been together for a remarkable 27 years of marriage, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are new to hosting Live With Kelly And Mark together. At least “officially” co-hosting the show. Furthermore, Mark Consuelos made the formal announcement that he would permanently join Kelly Ripa as co-host of Live With Kelly And Mark. Until that point, he admitted he was “tempting” as a guest host. Before the full-time gig, he had already hosted the show 92 times. Married and working together gives a lot of quality time for this couple.
What Was So Important That They Chose To Pre-tape An Episode?
What was so important to take them away from the Live recording? Well, they were on a trip. Surprisingly, the show had been recorded early so that Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos could travel to Los Angeles for the weekend. Important to remember, that Mark announced in advance that he was selected to act as the grand marshal of the Mexican Independence Day Parade. That was the reason for them being away from the home base this weekend.
Disappointingly, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos were not live on September 11, a very memorable day in American History. Although the episode was still aired on this significant date, Live With Kelly And Mark was not live. Understandably, some fans were extremely frustrated that this was already a pre-taped show so early in the season. Conversely, others were more easygoing and understanding about the matter.

What Are Fans Saying In Response To Live With Kelly And Mark Pre-Recording?
Several fans had comments on the pre-recording of Live With Kelly And Mark. In defense of the choice, one person said, “For those who complain about today’s show being recorded, I think they’re allowed, considering the circumstances.” On the other hand, another Live With Kelly And Mark viewer commented, “What circumstances? Isn’t their main job to host a weekday show for an hour in the morning, and what makes it even worse, it’s 9/11.” In support, a viewer replied, “I believe they are in LA. Mark was the Grand Marshal for the East LA Mexican Independence Day parade. Today is day six of the new season. They were live four out of six episodes.” And a truly outraged commenter stated, “Here we go again! Pre-recorded! Change the show’s name already! Hardly live!”
