Is Savannah Chrisley’s Makeup Line A Bust?
With Todd and Julie Chrisley behind bars, some wonder how Savannah is coping with all of her business ventures while taking care of Grayson and Chloe. Per chatter in a new thread on Reddit, there are reports Savannah is seriously struggling to make ends meet without the help of her parents.
These reports go on to claim that because she’s struggling so much she desperately wants her parents to come home. Now, these reports are unfounded and did not come directly from the mouth of Savannah. But, that did not stop fans from running with them anyway.
How Could She Be Struggling?
The big question some fans on Reddit have is simple: How? How could Savannah Chrisley be struggling financially? Fans note that she has all of her reality TV money, she has her real estate business, and she has her cosmetic product line.
I don’t understand HOW she is struggling though. Between the 3 of them, they made a pretty good living on the show, it was on for TEN seasons, not to mention Growing up Chrisley and Savannahs makeup line. They should be FINE
Other fans chime in to clarify that Savannah Chrisley was lucky if she cleared $1500 per episode of the reality TV series. And, considering the lavish lifestyle the family has, her reality TV money is likely long gone. Other fans added that most people who watch reality TV shows are misinformed regarding how much reality TV stars make. In actuality, it is the network that profits the most.
A fan explained: “Reality stars get fame from the show and try to make as much money off that fame as they can. It’s actually pretty messed up because the networks make a ton of money off these people and most of the stars only see a very small percentage of it.”
Turns out, the recourse for most reality TV stars is to use the following they acquire on social media to make money.

One fan notes they are sure Savannah Chrisley made “some money” with her cosmetic line. They, however, doubt she was able to turn it into a seriously profitable business with her fairly low prices. Another fan boldly penned that her make-up line “was a bust.”

Unfortunately, many fans believe Todd and Julie Chrisley hindered their daughter’s ability to be a successful adult by spoiling her with a lavish lifestyle. Now, she is paying the price while trying to be a stand-in parent with her mother and father behind bars.
