Gabby Windey’s Girlfriend Details First Night Together
Earlier this year, former Bachelorette Gabby Windey revealed that she had moved on from men and was dating a woman. Now, that woman is revealing the intimate details of the first night she and Gabby met. Keep reading for all the details on the night these two women first met, and the texts that followed.
Gabby Windey meets her girlfriend
Fans were shocked to find out that Gabby Windey was dating a girl. This news came after she found love on The Bachelorette initially before eventually cutting things off. However, it’s apparent that Gabby is really in love with her girlfriend, Robby Hoffman.
US Weekly reveals that Robby went on a podcast where she detailed the night she met Gabby along with the texts they sent each other the next day. According to Robby she “fell deeply in love [and] I knew 13 days in.”
Robby also admits that she was actually there talking to someone else, however, Gabby caught her eye. She was shocked when she realized it was Gabby from The Bachelorette. She says she even asked “The Bachelor’s gay?”
After that, she asked Gabby several questions having seen the last few episodes of her season. Finally, she was ready to take Gabby on a date.
“I knew right away [that] this was really looking good. I said, ‘I don’t want to lie to you, I’m gonna get your number [and] take you out when I’m back from Portland next week.’”
And the rest, of course, is history.
Steamy texts fly
Once the pair split up for the night, Robby detailed their text messages. Apparently, they instantly decided to go out together the next week. Robby even told Gabby she couldn’t have any fun until then to which Gabby responded “[I] wouldn’t dream of having fun before Monday.”
Not only did Robby detail their night together, but Gabby has also made it very clear in the past that she’s beyond happy in her relationship with Robby. She even went as far as to say that she’s not sure she would ever go back to dating men after this.
“I just know after dating women, I don’t think I would ever date a man again. I feel so emotionally connected to my girlfriend and that’s what’s most important for me,” Gabby says.
It seems like these two really do have a special relationship. It will be interesting to see how it goes in the future and if they are endgame!
