WCTH Season 10, Episode 10 ‘All Dressed Up’

With a WCTH title like “All Dressed Up,” Hearties may think this is finally Lucas (Chris McNally) and Elizabeth’s (Erin Krakow) wedding. Unfortunately for Lucabeth fans, it is not their wedding. Instead, The Futon Critic reveals, “The Town prepares for the Governor’s black-tie ball. While still reeling from the true intentions of Union City Holdings, Lucas decides to try to sway the Governor to their side.”

This episode includes Mark Brandon, as the Governor. There is a lot of mystery surrounding this role. Finally, Hearties will learn what sort of chaos he is bringing to Hope Valley.

The penultimate episode of When Calls The Heart Season 10 is called “Long Time Running.” In this episode, it sounds like the Governor is making Lucas Bouchard’s life very difficult.

Lucas is the talk of Hope Valley. Elizabeth and the whole town rally around him, but everyone still worries it won’t be enough to stop the Governor.

Why is Lucas in trouble? Moreover, could this situation be holding up their wedding?

Is When Calls The Heart Coming Back For Season 11?

Will WCTH  return for Season 11? Yes. Hearties can feel relieved that they don’t have to wait for Hallmark to make a decision. They announced the renewal months ago. In addition, they started filming in July.

Although there are currently two major Hollywood strikes, WGA, and SAG-AFTRA, the When Calls The Heart producers were able to get special permission to start filming Season 11. Only a handful of independent productions were permitted to film during this time.

Right now, Hearties do not know what sorts of stories could be part of the next season. Anything is possible. There could be a new romance blooming, another baby, and perhaps a wedding. Anything is possible in Hope Valley. These last three WCTH Season 10 episodes will set the stage for next season.

  1. Well, Madelyn isn’t formally part of UCH as the deed would automatically have been in their name if so. That doesn’t seem to be the case as she was able to hold the deed in her own name as leverage. Rather, UCH seems to be Montague, Balfour, very much in bed with the Pinkertons, and if the writers are really clever maybe they’ll add that old beau of Elizabeth’s who looks like Christopher Reeve (Marcus Rosner) a direct or inadvertent ally of that crew to demonstrate why she was wise not to accept his hand. Lets just hope they haven’t turned any mounties.
