McKayla Adkins thought she had found happiness with Ethan Tenney after her tumultuous relationship with Caelan Morrison. She was already a single mother to two little ones when her relationship fell apart. Then, she met Ethan and they fell in love. Not only did they fall in love, but they got engaged and she ended up pregnant. Soon enough, the couple was married but sadly, they miscarried their baby. Luckily, they ended up expecting again and were thrilled to share the news. McKayla and Ethan welcomed their baby boy in April 2022 but the mom of three shared that this would be her last.
Then, in January, Unexpected fans started to speculate that McKayla Adkins and Ethan Tenney had split. By the following month, it was even more obvious that the couple were no longer together. McKayla was selling her wedding dress on Poshmark which could have just been for extra money. Clearly, it was not. She then started talking cryptically about them separating but now, it is officially confirmed. According to Starcasm, McKayla shared the details of their broken romance via Instagram. She did an, “I’m bored, ask me something” segment on her stories.
A fan asked her: “When did you know it was time to call it quits with your significant other?” McKayla said: “It was mutual. You just know when the relationship can’t be recovered.” Apparently, there is no divorce filing as of yet or that could be found where they reside. However, McKayla is living her best life regardless. She underwent nose reconstruction for her previous nose job. Plus, she has started cosmetology school. The last update she had for her professional life had her as a bartender so it seems she is making moves to keep bettering herself.
No More Unexpected
Sadly, fans had to say goodbye to McKayla Adkins several years back though her life has taken some interesting turns. Yet, the same fans are eagerly awaiting the return of Unexpected, now in its sixth season. A date has not been set but Jenna Ronan and Lilly Bennett will be coming back which has caused mixed emotions. However, fans can keep up with McKayla through her social media.
