Rachel Leviss Removes Signs Of ‘Scandoval’ Remorse
Vanderpump Rules alum Rachel Leviss has removed all signs of ‘Scandoval’ remorse from her social media. Ever since she did the Just B podcast interview with Bethenny Frankel, she is trying to show she has changed. With that, she revamped her Instagram profile. So, what exactly did she do to it? Read on for more details.
Rachel Leviss Removes Signs Of ‘Scandoval’ Remorse
When everything went down with ‘Scandoval,’ Rachel Leviss released a statement and shared it on her Instagram. She expressed sympathy and remorse for her actions, especially toward her good friend, Ariana Madix. From what viewers saw on Vanderpump Rules, Leviss, and Madix had become extremely close. Madix even kept defending Leviss despite some co-stars calling out her behavior which was rubbing them the wrong way. So, when it came out she’d been having an affair with Madix’s boyfriend of nearly a decade, Tom Sandoval, Leviss eventually released an apology:
“I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.”
She also added that she was seeking counseling for her issues and that she understood she was on a reality show. However, she did not expect sympathy or forgiveness at the time, which was early March. Finally, Rachel said that she was making her mental health her main priority which she did. For ninety days, she went to a mental health facility and then came out, not as Raquel but as her birth name of Rachel. She then spoke to Bethenny and shared the truth about her relationship with Ariana which appeared to be surface-level. To prove that point, she took action.
First, Rachel Leviss started by changing her name back to “Rachel” from “Raquel.” Then, according to Us Weekly, she deleted photos with Tom Schwartz, Tom Sandoval, her ex-fiance, James Kennedy, and the girls from Pump Rules. Essentially, she erased all of the evidence from her previous life. Additionally, her bio reads: “Becoming a better person… one day at a time.”
Unfriended
Rachel Leviss’ final act of deletion was unfriending Tom Sandoval who she believed that she was in love with. The two carried on a seven-month-long affair. However, when she spoke to Bethenny, she revealed that she was not in love with him. This comes on the heels of Sandoval carrying around pics of himself with Leviss while filming Special Forces. He apparently seemed really proud of them but she had other plans. For his part, he is still following Leviss.
Are you surprised that she deleted the apology or is that showing her lack of remorse? Let us know in the comments below.
