‘Bachelorette’ Brayden Bowers Laughs Off Drama After ‘Men Tell All’
Brayden Bowers was tagged during this season of The Bachelorette as the villain. He didn’t have a lot of friends in the house and seemed to talk about Charity Lawson behind her back. Once he realized that he wasn’t very comfortable in this environment and knew he wouldn’t get engaged at the end, he left. Now, he was confronted by Charity and the men at the Men Tell All special. He’s speaking out and sharing how and why he’s laughing off all the drama. Keep reading to find out more.
Brayden Bowers laughs off the hate that comes his way
Bachelorette contestant Brayden Bowers had all the men coming at him on the Men Tell All. He isn’t letting them get to him though. People shared Brayden’s response everyone criticizing him. Overall, he said one can’t take it too seriously. He said, “Maybe the way I can come across sometimes can come across as maybe arrogant or maybe cocky or something like that,. I’m not like your traditional type of guy I guess.”
Brayden said this in response to Charity and all the men bashing him. On the special, Charity told Brayden she didn’t like watching the show back and seeing how he was questioning her behind her back to the other guys. She shared that she was being her authentic self 100% of the time with Brayden. However, he didn’t seem to think so. He wanted her to turn off being The Bachelorette.
He’s getting both positive and negative criticism on social media and in person
Brayden shared that he has gotten both positive and negative feedback on social media. Some of the negativity overflows into real life. He shared an example of a father and daughter having lunch. The dad approached Brayden and asked him to come to meet his daughter. His daughter told him she didn’t like him basically and that he should have gone home on night one.
He’s shaking it all off though and not letting it get to him. Brayden said, “the jokes and the memes are hilarious. I think it’s just funny to see people’s takes on me. Some of the videos people, the comedians that are coming out of the woodworks with some of this stuff. My friends, they’ll still call me and be like, ‘Brayden’s going to Brayden.’”
So, instead of finding love with Charity, he left upon realizing he wasn’t going to be with her and couldn’t give her what she wanted. It’s been announced that Brayden and his collection of earrings went to Mexico and will appear on Bachelor in Paradise. Host Jesse Palmer noted that Paradise seemed more like his cup of tea.
