Thinner Tammy Slaton Shows Off Weight Loss & Smile At Airport
A fan recently spotted 1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton at an airport, and she’s looking much happier and healthier than she has in years.
After qualifying for bariatric surgery last season, the TLC star is sticking to her goals and making amazing progress. She’s also much more active on social media these days and seems eager to interact with her fans in public too.

Tammy Slaton hangs out with fans at the airport
Although Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham were in the process of divorcing when he died, they allegedly maintained a close friendship. As a result, many fans worried Tammy would backslide while grieving his death.
However, it seems she’s still incredibly dedicated to her goals. Caleb’s death was undoubtedly difficult, but Tammy seemed to handle it well.
Recently, a fan spotted Tammy at an airport and asked for a photo. Tammy agreed and the fan later publicly shared the image in a Facebook group.
The fan poses next to Tammy, who is wearing her iconic skull-printed black dress. She isn’t quite smiling but looks as if she were mid-sentence when the camera captured her image.
Fans were excited to see Tammy getting out and interacting with the public. But notably, this was also a major step for the TLC star.
Throughout the first four seasons of 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy struggled to ride comfortably in a car. An airplane ride would have been out of the question. The fact that she is planning to travel via plane is a major milestone that everyone can celebrate.
If Tammy continues down this path, there’s no telling what she can achieve down the road. Many more doors will open for the TLC personality.
What can fans expect when 1000-Lb Sisters returns?
The 1000-Lb Sisters cast members all have NDAs, but Tammy more or less confirmed that the show will be back. In a now-deleted TikTok, she revealed that new episodes will hit TLC in December.
There are still plenty of questions about the new season, but fans expect TLC to cover Caleb’s funeral. Allegedly, Tammy wasn’t very happy with the way TLC filmed the funeral.
And of course, there will be the Florida trip and alleged brawl between the siblings. There really is no shortage of content to cover when it comes to the 1000-Lb Sisters cast members.
