Todd Chrisley Could Get Out Of Prison, Receive Home Confinement
Todd Chrisley is trying to get out of prison early and receive home confinement instead. It sounds like there is a chance this could end up happening. People shared the details about what is going on now for the star of Chrisley Knows Best.
Todd Chrisley Violated Behind Bars
It was reported earlier today that Todd Chrisley has reason to believe that someone is violating him while he is asleep by taking pictures of him. What is being done with these pictures is unknown at this time.
This isn’t all that Todd is dealing with in prison. It is also very hot and there is no air conditioning where he is staying. They have had to deal with mold, bad plumbing and more. It sounds like he is miserable behind bars.
Could Todd Get Out Of Jail Early?
There is now a chance that Todd Chrisley could end up getting out of jail early. Todd and Julie Chrisley both have a new legal team that is helping them out. Todd was originally rejected when he asked for home confinement, but now, the case is being “internally investigated.” His attorney Jay Surgent says that he “was making an application under the CARES Act to be released” to home confinement, but “his application, as well as a number of other applications — but particularly his — was rejected.”
It is being reported that when he submitted it the person in charge of it decided they didn’t want to do it. Then his application actually expired. The lawyer went on to say, “It’s very, very unfortunate, and that matter is now being investigated internally, and we feel as though there was no reason why it should have not been processed, even in light of his prison term.” It does sound like there is a chance Todd could win this case.

Todd and Julie Chrisley are both also appealing their case and trying to get rid of the charges against them. Todd is hoping to at least get home confinement and be able to spend the rest of his time at home on house arrest. Their lawyer feels like they deserve better treatment, but they feel like the other inmates do as well. He explained it isn’t just because they are celebrities.

Yes, they are white collar crimes should be in a white collar prison or house arrest. Both of them
yes he should be able to be in house arrest & I Pray he’s able to do so.
House arrest yes, They are not dangerous criminals
He should serve the entirety of his time in the prison he’s currently at. He’s a convicted felon. He broke the law and deserves to be in prison where he is. No special treatment should be given.
I pray he stays in jail like any other criminal. If he defrauded you out of money, what would you say then?
I hope she gets out soon and I hope her husband gets out soon I believe home confinement and community service is enough I think we’re wasting a lot of taxpayer dollars on something that can be handled better it’s not like they went out and robbed a bank or killed somebody their children especially the youngest must be very confusing I think they should both be allowed back home around their family .
If they allow him out of jail early , it will show people with celebrity status and money are treated differently. I plan to write the jail and ask they not release him. Let him pay for his crime doing his time. write the jail and demand he serve his time behind bars
I agree with you, Billy, they should be treated like the common criminals they are. Their complaints are not valid: how does he know someone’s taking pics of him if he is asleep?
I feel like this my son been behind in prison since he was 19 he is 33 now never saw what happened in the crime that they charged him with wasn’t on there where it happened at but still got 20 years for doing nothing i still live this nightmare as a mother every day so my opinion about Todd getting out I say no feel what everybody feel so why hasn’t they said RKelly is getting out he doing time in the same condition no one letting him out but I no there a lot of peoples in there that deserves to be out and my son is one of them but I guess you have to have millions of dollars for that but he’s still Humble though it all he be free soon Y’all be Blessed.

It runs approximately $80K/annum to incarcerate a convict, convicted of arson, pedophilia, espionage, murder and other horrific crimes against humanity, Todd Christley is not one of those aforementioned and should NOT spend another day incarcerated. Home release w/ ankle bracelet ‘yes’, prison definitely “NO”!
please allow Todd and Julie to get out .their are murderers who got out on probation ..drug addicts who rob people have gotten out on house arrest . I think its a bit of overkill ..they have kids that are still young and need their parents. give them that chance to pay back ..
I totally agree that Tod and Julie should NOT be in prison, they are not criminals they are a god fearing husband and wife surrounded by people that couldn’t be trusted and did them dirty out of greed! SEND TOD AND JULIE HOME!!

Yes, they should be in home confinement. They did not kill anyone and politions get by with much more. They are being made a edxample of. Let them at least go to a country club prison like so many have done while committing more hanious crimes. They must have looked hi & low for the worst prison to sent them to.

I think they should be on house arrest so they can put the ones who really need to be in there. murderers are walking the streets pedifiers who mess with kids who are walking the streets this needs to stop you need to get the ones who really need to be in there the ones who do not need to be in there give them their fines and make them pay yes house arrest. this has nothing to do with being a celebrity. Todd & Julie should be released from prison…I thought they should never have been in there in the first place…they could have been heavily fined as well as placed on probation…their sentences are extremely too harsh…others have and are still doing far worst, but are out and will never see a jail cell…#44 for instance…
Child molesters, murderers, drug dealers are out running the streets . Let them do home confinement with years of community service . I don’t get it . Yes they committed a crime and there should be penalties but if we give everyone else a chance to be on home detention and community service why not them. I don’t believe that they should be allowed out early, they committed a crime they need to do the time. To top it off committed a federal crime! People are comparing them in these comments to child molesters or murderers or drug dealers. These not federal crimes against the federal government. There’s a difference! One of the commenter suggested that they didn’t rob a bank or murder anyone. Yes, they did rob a bank. They just did it by wire fraud and by applying for loans they weren’t entitled to, that IS robbery. They might not have used a the gun, but it’s still robbery. They are in PRISON, it’s supposed to be a punishment, not a vacation! There may be a few things that need to be taken care of in our prison system but you don’t go there for a vacation you go there for a punishment. They’re getting exactly what they deserve! The children may be upset by what happened to their parents, but this is an excellent lesson for them, you don’t screw with the law! You screwed with the law you pay the consequences! if their children are confused, it’s because their parents are feeding them a bunch of bull crap about what happened and how it happened. Their children are spoiled silver spoons who think that they should be able to get away with anything because of who they are. My husband is in prison for a non violent crime. Been in for almost 10 years. Let him out on home confinement too. He’s a good guy and deserves to be with his family just like anyone else. Give me a break.
