‘Teen Mom’ Maci Bookout & Hubby Make Bank Flipping Homes
Teen Mom star Maci Bookout and her husband, Taylor McKinney are making bank with their latest project of flipping houses. The couple already has a clothing line. Yet, this seems to be extremely lucrative as Taylor is buying land for literal pennies and turning an insane profit on it. What kind of money are they making? Read on for more details.

Maci Bookout has had to fight for what she wants since she was on 16 & Pregnant. Her relationship with Ryan Edwards was failing miserably but she still kept trying. Once they were on Teen Mom, she finally realized that she and their son, Bentley deserved better. He ended up marrying Mackenzie Edwards but struggled with drug addiction and landed in prison. Along with that, he was let go from Teen Mom but was seen filming right before he was locked up in 2023. As for Maci, she found her happy ending with Taylor McKinney.
The two have two children together, Jayde and Maverick, and have been married since 2016. They work well together and he has been a great father figure for Bentley when Ryan was not around. Though they have the Teen Mom income as well as a clothing line, Maci Bookout and Taylor also have another endeavor. According to The Sun, they have gotten into flipping homes. Recently, Taylor McKinney and someone named Michael Fessler purchased land for a little over 22K.
A home was then built on the land and now they are selling it for almost 400K. This is not the first time that this has happened. Maci and Taylor have two cottages that they bought. Plus, they own 48 acres of land which they have had since 2021. No word on what they are planning on doing with the land as they already have their dream home which they all live in. It seems that these are all investment properties that they obtained at the right prices.
Future Plans
Right now, it appears that Taylor McKinney knows what to do with the real estate he finds. This ultimately profits Maci Bookout and their children in the long run. Unfortunately, this season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter is likely to put a strain on their marriage. Maci is trying to make amends with her ex, Ryan Edwards for the sake of their son, Bentley. However, Taylor is not a fan of this and it seems his instincts were spot on. Ryan was soon arrested but his prison was so atrocious and he faced some struggles. Now, he is in rehab and hopefully can get his life back on track.
