Reality Steve Spoiler: ‘Golden Bachelor’ 2023 Lead Revealed
Reality Steve beat the official announcement and shared what he knows about the identity of The Golden Bachelor. The big reveal is set to take place Monday morning on Good Morning America. Fortunately for die-hard fans, Steve shared the news a day early. Who is the silver fox set to the reigns? Keep reading to find out what is known.
Reality Steve reveals The Golden Bachelor
Reality Steve came through for fans once again and shared the identity of who The Golden Bachelor will be. He went to Twitter Sunday afternoon to share the news less than 24 hours before the official announcement. The Bachelor social media pages shared another promo on Sunday revealing the new lead from behind but nobody can see his face. Who is it?
Steve had already previously reported that the first lead of the senior spin-off will not be someone who is a celebrity. He is also reportedly not associated with The Bachelor franchise. It was also rumored he looked similar to Robert Redford. Steve also said from what he has heard The Golden Bachelor is very attractive and fans will be impressed.

According to Steve, the new lead is Gerry Turner. He is originally from Hudson, Indiana but now lives in Davenport, Iowa. He lost his wife Toni in 2017. Gerry has two daughters and is 71 years old. He will turn 72 on August 7. So far there is not too much information out there and nobody has revealed a current photo at this point. Steve did share an older photo that can be seen below.

Everything known about the upcoming season
The Golden Bachelor will air this fall on ABC. The premiere season will only be one-hour episodes and according to Steve, there will be no international travel.
The season will air Monday nights after Dancing With the Stars. Fans will also be able to tune in and see Season 9 of Bachelor in Paradise on Tuesday nights.
Tomorrow a lot more information will be shared with the public and hopefully Steve will be able to gather more details as well.

Fans are excited to see who Gerry is and what he currently looks like from the front. Some are expressing disappointment the lead is not Gabby Windey’s grandpa John.
