Adam & Danielle Busby Explain Why Hazel Is A ‘Servant’
In promotion of the Season 9 Premiere of OutDaughtered, Adam and Danielle Busby were tasked with using one word to identify each of their daughters. Now, the TLC parents did get to cheat just a smidge because there are two of them and each picked a word and then discussed how each of the words worked. When it came to their red-headed quint, Hazel Busby, the parents were able to agree on a single word. Servant.

When thinking about Hazel Busby, “servant” was the first word that came to mind for Adam and Danielle Busby. They, however, were quick to clarify they were not suggesting she was the Cinderella of the family. Adam and Danielle explained that Hazel just had this natural desire to want to help the people around her all of the time.
The couple agreed it seemed to bring Hazel joy when she got to help other people. Danielle Busby added that Hazel was also just “so happy” all of the time.

OutDaughtered Fans React To The Description Of Hazel
This video promoting the new season was posted on Adam’s Instagram, Danielle’s Instagram, and the official Instagram profile to promote the series. So, there were a lot of different places for fans to leave their thoughts on the video.
In the comments on Adam’s post, one fan noted that they adored the descriptions for all of the girls. They, however, especially love Hazel’s description before agreeing that she does have a “servant’s heart.”
On the OutDaughtered Instagram profile, fans jested that Adam and Danielle did not do a very good job describing their girls “in one word.” Other fans, however, understood why they couldn’t describe these beautiful girls with just a single word.
The post on Danielle Busby’s page appears to be linked to the OutDaughtered page. So, the two posts shared all of the same comments and reactions.

OutDaughtered fans also used the comments of this video across all three profiles to thank the couple for returning to TLC after a few years of being away. Several fans noted it was thrilling to watch how grown up the girls were now. Some fans, however, admit they were a bit confused by how to stream the series given Discovery+ merging into Max recently.
