‘Claim To Fame’ Season 2: Who Went Home This Week?

Episode 3 of ABC’s Claim to Fame aired this week, and here’s who went home.

If you’ve been keeping up with Season 2 of Claim to Fame, you know that this has been an exciting season so far. There have been some surprising twists, and week three was no exception. With one key player who seemed to have understood the assignment finding themself sent home in a shocker, Claim shows that each week gets more exciting. Read on to find out who has gone home so far, and more importantly who went home last week as the show starts to kick into high gear.

Here’s Who Went Home In Weeks 1 And 2

Season 2 of Claim to Fame landed on ABC on June 26. Since then, three episodes have aired, which means three chances for a contestant to be eliminated.

The show starts with 12 contestants who are all related to a celebrity. Claim is presided over by hosts Kevin and Frankie Jonas. Each week, a contestant is eliminated and their identity is revealed to the audience. The person left standing at the end of the season will go home with a $100,000 prize.

In episode 1 of Season 2, Claim to Fame sent home Carly Reeves, who is actor Tom Hank’s niece. The first episode showcased a talent show. It quickly became clear that some of the contestants share the family’s penchant for their celebrity’s talent. Others, however, clearly do not follow in their famous family member’s footsteps. When Carly was eliminated, she raged about things she could have done differently. And accused the clues of being too obvious. Carly mused that she should have used her famous Aunt Rita as her celebrity family member instead because she would have been much harder to guess. After a tearful rage about her elimination, Carly left the mansion.

In episode 2, Travis Tyson was sent home. Tyson is the son of famed astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson. Travis thought he was teaming up with fellow contestant Gabriel at the urging of Chris. But Gabriel stabbed him in the back and sent him home in a shocking twist. This brings us to episode 3.

Here’s Who Went Home In Week 3 Of Claim To Fame Season 2

Episode 3, which aired on Monday, turned into a surprise elimination.

Jane, aka Jada Star, played the game expertly up until this week. However, she was eliminated in a twist that surprised everyone. Jane overestimated her ability to guess who’s related to fellow contestant Chris, certain that his clues pointed to Elvis. When she guessed wrong, Jane’s identity as Jada Star was revealed. She is the niece of country music legend and philanthropist Dolly Parton, who named her niece.

Because of her incorrect guess, Claim eliminated Jada and sent her home despite her savvy playing in previous weeks.
