Roman Reigns has become one of the biggest stars in WWE and fans were shocked when he suddenly found himself banned on TikTok. However, there is some good news. Reigns is back on the social media network and has let fans know what he thought of his ban.
Here is how Reigns returned to TikTok, what he had to say, and what has been going on with the second-generation wrestling star in WWE.
Why was Roman Reigns banned on TikTok?
WWE has some serious rules in place for their wrestlers when it comes to social media. Wrestlers can’t have a social media presence without WWE’s permission and the company demands to have control over their accounts as well. This is so the wrestlers can’t do something that would embarrass the company on social media and the company can also make money off any social media sites that offer compensation like Twitch.
That made it strange that Roman Reigns would get his TikTok account banned. Reigns is a second-generation star and a husband and father of five. He plays a villain in WWE, but in real life, he is the standard for what WWE wants from its superstars. He is also someone with a great story in real life as he had to leave when leukemia came back on him a few years ago, but he recovered and returned to become the biggest star in WWE.
That made many fans wonder why TikTok suspended Roman Reigns’ account. Reigns received the message, “Your account was permanently banned due to multiple violations of our Community Guidelines.” Anyone who follows Reigns knows that he does nothing wrong, and it was unclear what these violations could have been. However, on Thursday, Reigns was back on TikTok and took it in stride.

Reigns posted a new video that showed a clip where he mocked people who thought Cody Rhodes would beat him at WrestleMania in March. Reigns won that match. In the caption to the video of him mocking reporters, he wrote, “Can’t get rid of ME!!!!!” It was clear he had a double meaning to this video post.
What is Roman Reigns up to in WWE?
There is no clue as to why Roman Reigns had his account suspended, but there is one possible guess. There are still people who consider wrestling to be “real” and not wrestlers playing characters. In real life, Reigns is not the villain he plays in WWE.
However, as reality TV fans know, it is hard for some fans to separate reality from fiction on television shows. WWE is no different. In WWE, Roman Reigns has been involved in the best storyline of the past few years. It is possibly the best story in WWE in two decades. Reigns leads a stable of family members (all second and third-generation Samoan wrestlers, all related). He became one of the best villains in years. With a storyline dipping into real life, his great character possibly allowed fans to confuse reality with fiction as well.
