But that doesn’t mean that they didn’t love each other. When Caleb died on June 30, Tammy posted her heartbreak over the loss. She shared photos of the two of them together in rehab, and wrote, “Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much.” The reality tv star added, “Thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness.”
