For months, fans have been speculating about a possible pregnancy. Then, the questions and predictions ramped up when Kendra was spotted with a baby that fans hadn’t heard of before.
More and more footage and photos keep coming out, suggesting there’s a secret baby. But so far, Kendra and Joseph have not made an official announcement. And neither have any other Duggar family members.

Fans know about three of Joseph and Kendra Duggar’s kiddos. They have a five-year-old son, Garrett, a four-year-old daughter, Addison, and a two-year-old daughter, Brooklyn. The truth about any possible secret babies is unknown.
Did Kendra Duggar just show up with a secret baby?
On YouTube on Tuesday, Joseph’s sister, Jinger Vuolo, shared a new video from her visit to Arkansas. She was there back in April 2023, but for some reason, she only shared her video footage this week. During this trip, Jinger met up with her sisters, mom, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews at a brunch spot. After they were seated, Kendra Duggar walked in with an infant in her arms.
Since she walked into the restaurant holding the baby, it’s unlikely the baby belongs to anyone else. If she was simply seated at the table holding a baby, it could be one of her many nieces and nephews. But it looks like she brought the little one herself. From the photos, it looks like the baby is likely a boy because he’s dressed in a blue outfit. In one snap, Jill Dillard is giving her adorable nephew some love.
