Joe and Kendra recently built a house. The property was purchased by Jim Bob and Michelle in 2014 and was sold to Joe in 2018. Joe and Kendra went on to build a house, and it is officially complete.
The home has since been sold to Kendra’s parents, Paul and Christina Caldwell, for $10,000. The details behind this arrangement are still unclear. It’s worth noting that Paul and Christina share nine children, so a three-bedroom house is probably pretty tight.
The Sun obtained pictures and a floorplan from the Benton County Court. According to the outlet, the couple had a permit approved for a one-story 1,403 square-foot home. Despite Paul and Christina purchasing the house for just $10,000, the news outlet mentions that it’s worth $133,000.
Now, The Sun reports that Joe and Kendra Duggar are living on his parents’ property in a log cabin-style home.
