‘RHOP’: Monique Samuels Finally Files for Divorce from Chris
The Real Housewives of Potomac star Monique Samuels has finally filed for divorce from Chris Samuels. The reality star was married to Chris for 10 years.
Monique And Chris Rumors Flew
Back in August of 2022, Monique Samuels and Chris Samuels addressed rumors that they were getting a divorce. Page Six shared the details about it at this time. They went to Instagram and flashed a picture of their wedding rings seemingly shooting down rumors that a split was coming. She said that she had just gotten back from a hike and then asked Chris what he thought about all of this. Instead of talking about the rumors, he just plugged her online store telling people to shop there.

She did admit that they had a few marriage issues at one point saying, “Chris and I, before we started filming that show, we were in a really rough place. We had lost all of the dating in our marriage. Once we started filming reality TV, it actually helped us because it forced us to date. So we were able to get out, just reignite that intimacy and be excited about each other. So I will not lie, season 2 of ‘RHOP’ saved my marriage.”
Monique Samuels Files For Divorce
People shared the news today that Monique Samuels has filed for divorce from Chris Samuels. They have a hearing scheduled for Wednesday and the divorce hasn’t been finalized just yet. She actually filed back in April, but on June 15 filed an amended complaint.
They haven’t posted each other on Instagram since December of 2022. Monique and Chris share three children sons Christopher and Chase, and daughter Milani. At one point, they were doing solo therapy, but it is unknown if they ever tried to do joint marriage counseling to work out their issues. The documents on their divorce are sealed so nobody can find out exactly what happened between these two. Fans would love for Monique to put out a statement, but that isn’t happening so far.
