Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott Take Back Divorce Announcement?
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have been the center of many rumors in regard to their marriage. Over the years these two have been rumored to have split up more than once. While they had rocky patches, they always seemed to work things out. Then, on June 17, Dean went to Instagram to announce that he and his wife of 18 years were divorcing. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott divorcing or not?
On June 17 Dean McDermott went to Instagram to announce that he and Tori Spelling were divorcing. In his statement, he said, “It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways and start a new journey of our own.”
He went on to thank everyone for respecting their privacy and for their support. Dean also said he and Tori will continue to parent their children together.
Hours after Dean shared the sad news on Instagram, he deleted the post. This left fans wondering if they were really separating after all. US Weekly shared the scoop about what could be going on with Dean and Tori.
A source told the outlet that Tori and Dean’s marriage is far from over. The source said, “Tori and Dean are not getting a divorce.” They went on to say that recently the couple has been better than ever.
The insider continued noting that like every couple, Tori and Dean have had ups and down but continue to navigate through them. They said, “They’ve had their ups and downs like any couple, but [they] have continued working on their marriage through couple’s counseling. They love each other and are not going to split.”
Why did he post and then delete it?
The inside source also share their thoughts on why Dean posted the statement and then deleted it hours later. They believe he and Tori must have had a huge blowout fight that led to the initial announcement. However, after thinking it over, Dean regretted the decision and took the post down.
So far Tori has not addressed the speculation or the comments surrounding Dean’s statement earlier Saturday. Dean has also not shared anything else since removing his post from Instagram.
