Caleb Willingham of TLC’s 1000-Lb. Sisters took to social media recently to hit fans up for cash. He, however, attempted to shield himself from backlash by trying to make it known that he wasn’t actually asking fans for money. He, however, was just putting his cash app info out there on the off chance that anyone out there wanted to send him anything. Unfortunately for Caleb Willingham, his post was not well-received even though he claimed to have the best intentions.

Fans Really Don’t Know What’s Going On With Him & Tammy

In the comments of his post, Caleb Willingham did refer to Tammy Slaton as his “wife.” But, TLC fans still really aren’t sure whether to refer to Caleb as Tammy’s husband or as his ex-husband. As those who have been following this wild story know, there are some people who think the marriage was all for show and they were never actually legally married.

Likewise, Tammy Slaton has been traveling all over with her sisters and a lot of her activities on social media suggest she isn’t with Caleb anymore. Moreover, there were even rumors she had a new man in her life via TikTok.

Regardless of his status with Tammy Slaton, it didn’t stop him from trying to tap into the 1000-Lb. Sisters fanbase for some cash recently.

Taking to social media, Caleb Willingham revealed that his birthday was just a week away. And, this birthday was a big one for him as he was turning 40. Attaching his cash app information to his post, he noted that he was NOT begging, pleading, chasing, scamming, or hustling for cash from TLC fans. He just wanted to put the info out there in case anyone wanted to send him a gift. Caleb clarified that simply telling him happy birthday was more than enough of a gift.

In the comments of his post, his followers were pretty quick to bring him to reality. They noted that as a person with “some clout” putting his cash app information out there IS asking for money. And, there’s no other way to view it.

While Caleb Willingham tried to reason with people in the comments that he was just a regular guy, his followers noted he would always be a guy with “some clout” because he is linked to Tammy Slaton now.
