Bill Cosby Hit With 9 New Lawsuits: “He Assaulted Us!”
Per an exclusive report via TMZ, a new lawsuit reveals Janice Dickinson and Lili Bernard are among nine women claiming they were assaulted by Bill Cosby between the years of 1979 and 1992 in the state of Nevada. Per the lawsuit documents obtained by TMZ, some of the women claim the alleged assault took place inside Bill Cosby’s suite in a Las Vegas hotel.
Lili Bernard, who was on the cast of The Cosby Show, recalls the accused of making arrangements so she could travel to Nevada back in 1990. At the time, she was under the impression Bill Cosby set up a meeting for her with some Hollywood producers. After she arrived, Bill Cosby broke a bit of bad news. The producers could not make it. As a consultation, he allegedly invited her back to his suite for a “mentoring session.”

After agreeing to go to his suite, she claims Bill Cosby allegedly encouraged her to drink shortly after getting to the room. She recalled the drink disorienting her. Ultimately, she reports the drink caused her to fall unconscious.
Lili Bernard reveals she woke up without her clothing. Bill Cosby was reportedly beside her and also without clothing. She claims that he reportedly raped her despite her cries for help and telling him she didn’t want to be intimate with him.
Janice Dickinson Details Equally Chilling Story
Back in 1982, Janice Dickinson reveals Bill Cosby allegedly invited her to Lake Tahoe. The invitation teased the opportunity for a role on his television show. While grabbing dinner together, Janice told the actor she was suffering from menstrual cramping. She claims Bill offered her medication claiming it would help alleviate her cramping.
Janice Dickinson recalled feeling disoriented after taking the medication. She goes on to claim that Bill took her back to his suite before he proceeded to rape her. Janice Dickinson claims she told him no and tried to fight him off. But, she was unable to do so.

Within the lawsuit, both Janice Dickinson and Lili Bernard accuse Bill Cosby of rape because their intimate acts were NOT consensual. Moreover, both women report being drugged in such a way that they were not mentally capable of consenting or physically capable of fighting him off.
Both women report suffering mentally as a result and are going after Bill Cosby for damages via this lawsuit.
Bill Cosby’s Rep Calls These Women Out
Andrew Wyatt, Bill Cosby’s rep, points out that the real issue with this lawsuit is that it isn’t about getting justice for victims. It is about greed.

Andrew claimed: “Mr. Cosby is a Citizen of these United States but these judges and lawmakers are consistently allowing these civil suits to flood their dockets—knowing that these women are not fighting for victims—but for their addiction to massive amounts of media attention and greed.”
From this day forward, we will not continue to allow these women to parade various accounts of an alleged allegation against Mr. Cosby anymore without vetting them in the court of public opinion and inside of the courtroom.
